Use the site support or security page if you think a field is asking for too much.
01

What we do not ask for

Bank account numbers and routing numbers
Full debit or credit card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates
Online banking usernames, passwords, passcodes, or one-time MFA codes
Government ID numbers such as Social Security numbers, passport numbers, or driver license numbers
02

What you should never enter here

Do not paste sensitive financial credentials into payment notes, account references, uploads, reminders, or any other free-text field. Use masked references only, like "Acct ending in 1234" or "Main utility login page".

03

What the site stores and protects

We only ask for the bill and payment reference details needed to help you track bills.

Notes / account references, saved last-4 values, and saved payment-source nicknames are encrypted at rest. That helps reduce casual exposure, but no website can promise perfect safety if the server, admin account, database, or encryption keys are compromised.

Use masked references only. For example, store nicknames like 'Checking •••• 1234' or 'Visa ending 4242' instead of full account numbers or login details.

BillPay Manager does not act as a bank, credit card processor, or financial institution, and it is not designed to collect banking credentials.

04

If something looks off

If the site appears to ask for sensitive banking data, stop there and do not paste it in. Contact support or use the security page.
